Appreciative Inquiry is a positive approach to generate change. You start by finding out what works and then think how to build on this to make things better. This is often easy and fun, it is much more powerful than looking for problems, which makes you miserable and then trying to fix them, which feels like hard work
 Just decide to listen attentively, without interruping, or saying what your thoughts are about an issue next time a friend or colleague raises something, and let me and this blog know what happens. I think we will all be surprised
